What kind of photo should I send?
Don't worry about the size or color of your photos. Photos are converted into small black and white photos for you, to be incorporated into your piece.

How long will it take?
From the time that we receive your payment and photos it takes approx. 15 business days. Faster delivery options are available under "shipping options".

Can I get my jewelry wet?
Yes, photos are permanently sealed inside of the photocharms with a waterproof, UV resistant glossy coating.

Can I return my piece?
Because each piece is custom, we do not issue refunds.
